As a fresher finding a first job is very interesting and competition among friends is even more exiting. A fresher waiting for the first interview call and clearing exams is also attractive. The joy disappears when the fear comes of facing the interviewer. Till the time comes the fear is always there of facing the intelligent interviewer.

The key qualities freshers need are ::: to be cool, calm, give best performance.

Ø Being calm tackles the issues easily and enhances the brain to concentrate.

Ø Never let negative thoughts of interview. The interviewers also a person like you and me.

Ø Interviewer is a person who is going to bring out that assertion you which even you don’t know.

Ø If you don’t know the answer of a particular question (not all of course) ask the interviewer the answer without shying. It shows your curiousness to learn more and also will ensure that the interviewer avoids questions for which he does not have answers.

Ø The interviewer doesn’t know you or your abilities he just sees your resume and asks you whatever you have learned in your school or college.

Ø Have your basics right in that particular subject and some extra general knowledge.

Ø A common list of questions like tell me something about you, your weakness ,strength, members in your family, hobbies, friends never needs explanation if you prepare in advance and remember.

Ø Never leave loopholes in your answers, be clear, acceptable.
