Martial arts

Martial arts are arts that had been descended from our ancestors. They are means of fighting and defending us. It is very different from the way of fighting that we know, since here the art is self disciplined and very systematic. There are rules and regulations that has to strictly followed while practicing the arts. In earlier times, these martial arts were taught to students whose core focus were only to become an expert in the martial arts. Most of the very important martial arts have come from India and China.

Some of the well known martial arts are karate, kung foo, kalaripayattu etc. A person who has practiced martial arts has a very healthy and strong and flexible body. He had defend himself from attacks from unarmed men and animals easily. It is important for us to handover this beautiful art to our younger generation as well.

Each martial arts uses properties generally called props like sticks, or chain or belts or
telescoping nunchucks, etc . There are people who can provide these accessories. They can get us any accessories for any martial art around the world. They also have safety equipments like head gear, ankle gear etc to be worn for safety while performing martial arts.
