Control your diet when you grow older

When you turn 40, you should start restricting your diet. You should try to avoid sweets, high card foods, oil etc. Your metabolism gets weaker as you grow older and it always good to check your food consumption. You are likely to develop blood pressure, sugar and other ailments. That is the natural way of ageing for the body. As you grow older, your body gets weaker. Consume lot of water, juices, fiber food etc. Make sure you do not gain any more weight. You should also go for regular health check ups and keep blood pressure under control.
