• Communicate with potential developers of PH property
• Communicate with persons involved in Master Plannining  process
• Determine with whom we will talk
• How conversations will occur

• Participation/networking
• Education

      Emphasis on finite/discrete projects Þ “Bricks & Mortar”

• Produce immediate, tangible results
• Necessary to maintain interest
• Provide people with concrete experience to build on for the future
• Clusters of tasks—keep people engaged, should be spread out timewise

      Should not use the term “orientation”—could be unappealing
