The clean up efforts on China's oil spill has damaged the environment as well as the economic state of the country. The clean up of the oil spill is in progress from last Thursday. During the clean up a worker drowned in the crude oil and continued into the sea about 430 kilometer. The yellow sea which is situated in the Northeastern city of Dalian is one of the important ports of China.

A pipeline which exploded caused the oil spill from last Friday. The explosion has reduced China's shipments from the strategic oil reserves for the rest of the country. China National Petroleum Corp informed the resume of the operations on cleaning. Last Thursday the petroleum company is known to cleaned up 400 tonnes of oil by 9am. National petroleum Corp of China is Asia's biggest oil and gas producer by volume.

The oil spill and the area of pollution has been shrinking described the Dalian Daily. The oil spill is estimated to about 1,500 tonnes of oil spilt into the yellow sea. It may take a decade to heal the ecological harm done due to the oil spill says a environmentalist. The effect of the people in and around the oil spill will be affected the most.

College days are supposed to be fun days. Those are supposed to be full of energy, learning, play and fun. People typically recall college days as some of the best days in their life.

But, I wonder whether the current generation would recall like that later in their life. What is happening currently? A lot of them have to write a lot of essays. They have to write essay after essay after essay. They have to write one world peace essay today and another water essay tomorrow.

They have to write essay on every single subject that they are taking in their courses in their colleges. They have to go to the library, find the relevant material, put it together, write it, re-write it and then put it together and then submit. Every single time. For every single topic. Across, every single course that they are taking in every single year of their college life. Imagine the drudgery! Imagine the pain. The students will be left with no other time for anything in their life. The moment they finish the first essay, the second essay will be looming large on them. The moment they finish that, the next and so on and so forth. The very thought of writing another essay will kill them.

So, what can they do? That is where the essay writing services come into the picture. They help them in writing these essays. Just let them have your brief. Tell them the topic. Tell them what you expect in the essay. Tell them the kind of length that you expect and lo and behold! In about 24 hours to 48 hours time, you get the first draft. You can check the draft and give them suggestions and within the next 24 hours, you get the next draft of the essay. Once you give a go ahead, you get the complete essay on your hand immediately.

These essays free you of the drudgery and the pain that people typically go through. It lets you have your free time. It lets you have your games and fun and other leisure activities. It lets you enjoy your hobbies in the college. It lets you enjoy the sports and the other things that are equally important to you in your life.

In other words, this frees you up to really enjoy life.

Since these people who write the essays for you are the professionals, you don't have to worry about the quality of the essays. And, they are absolutely original work.

The water crisis can occur to any business city around the world anytime of the year. The increasing demand for water is due to the demand, development, population, industries and pollution. The water demand will be there and will increase to the futures which will come by so what can we do? We can conserve water by so many ways so we can conserve the fresh water as it is a sustainable resource. We can recycle the industry effluent water and use it for secondary purpose like toilet gardening and vehicle washing.
Domestic use water can be used from sewage water which will reduce the sewage water. The residential complexes can even have a sewage treatment which will save much water for the environment. The technologies of today can recover as much as 90% of water from sewage water. The fresh water available from the sewage water can be used for toilet, gardening, landscaping, vehicle washing and other cleaning purposes. The fresh water can be used for drinking, cooking, bathing and laundry which can cut down the excessive spending of water.
The sewage recycle systems will provide a good opportunity to reduce the water use and reuse the waste water. The treatment which is selected for sewage cleaning must be capital, operating cost, reliability, location amount of sewage and duration. The compactness of the sewage system is very important as it shouldn’t occupy more space. Recycling of sewage water will provide an effective dependable source which will reduce the perennial water dependency. The inefficient water supply can be cut off by reusing the sewage water for unimportant purpose.

Students will almost certainly have to pay more for university - possibly through a graduate tax - the Business Secretary Vince Cable has said.

He said he had asked Lord Browne to look at the idea of a graduate tax "as a priority" in his current review in to higher education funding in England.

This would mean students paying for their studies through the tax system, rather than through subsidised loans.

He said high-earning graduates would pay more than those on low incomes.
University Funding

The money would probably be paid through taxes over a set period, not a life-time, he told journalists later.

Who doesn’t like sweets? From elders to children many are found of sweets. Different sweets have different taste and varieties are found all round the world. The best and ever loving in everyone’s heart is always the chocolate bar we never want to miss. But so many restrictions put by everyone around us from our gym master, dietician and mothers. Sweets are bad for your waistline forget it or you will become like a big fat balloon. Craving for treats like chocolates is not bad for your weight but that even affects your brain.

This is not saying of someone but a proved study done by scientists who say craving for sweets will affect brain. The reports of chocolate craving study appeared in some magazine of London. When one thinks of food his mind draws a mental picture of the food that person is craving for. The mental picture drawn by a person distracts the person from doing other works. The person can even have some drain from the brain due to the mental picture drawn. The food desire can cause a lot of simple memory lose from the brain according to the study.

Even when the cravings of the food are small, the reduction of cognitive skills can be seen. Cognitive resources play a important role in the functioning of the brain say scientists. Optimal performances are attained when one has a good cognitive skill in them. When we start craving the whole interest goes to the food we desire till we attain which will cause a lot of inefficiency in our work. When the concentration is less the more we are prone to mistake hence cravings should be avoided.

Maths is one subject which proves to be very difficult for most people. However, there is a way out. There are private tutoring possible and as long as those private tutoring is good, it becomes very useful.

There are a number of private tutoring possibilities such as for Algebra 1 . The Algebra 1 Help has to be such that students can learn at their own pace and do exercises. There should be a lot of questions asked by the tutor and the Algebra 1 Answers should be made available to them so that they can check back.

Such a mechanism will help students to log in, go online, check out the questions and then the answers and correct where they are going wrong. This method really helps people to learn all that is there to learn and at ease.

The Microsoft success story is known across the nook and corner of the globe and everybody tries to understand the key reasons behind the great success.
And the book named THE PATH TO THE FUTURE, by Jonathan Gatlin, is truly providing some insights into the success of Bill Gates and his company. He has been consciously recruiting few managers from failed companies, so that there is some sort of balancing factor in all the key decisions taken by the company.
He has also been strongly in favor of annual retreats for the managers when they would discuss some company related long term issue without any regular work pressure. That has helped them to prepare the company for living without the IBM partnership from 1992.
Microsoft was the first to recognize the great potential of Personal computers and also the internet and thus has been able to capitalize on that fully. For every individual with an aspiration to grow in life, and for every budding manager (at all levels from junior management to CEOs !!!) the book is a must read, I feel.
And when you keep enhancing your knowledge on a continuous basis, there are better chances of you being successful in all aspects of life.

Few days back, I read a report on the internet, that was prepared by a team of eminent professors from a leading University, on obesity problems across the globe. The report was saying that the current taxing global environment is only making people more workaholic and the time availability for them to keep up good health is nearly nil.
So the obesity problem has already spread thick and fast amongst the working population across the globe with one in every five person facing obesity problems.
And there are no short cuts to good health. You need to first ensure discipline in your food habits and ensure that you eat balanced diet in every meal you have. You also need to ensure that you keep doing at least one hour of rigorous physical exercising every day without fail.
And once you start making these two rules as core habits in your daily life, the obesity problem would vanish within few months, and you would be keeping up good health on a consistent basis.

In every profession, there is scope for self improvisation and there are always courses and higher education to step up the career ladder. There is no end for studies in any profession. New courses come up and there are new avenues for enhancing skills and job improvement. The professional can study the courses when they work or take a break from their employment and enroll in their respective course. After completion of course, they would be able to get a better designation and better pay package.

For some professions, to get a job in a foreign country, there are exclusive eligibility tests that they have to go through before getting a work permit there. It is applicable for all major professions. For example, for nurses, to get a job in foreign country, they have to undergo cna training and appear and clear the CNA exams.

There are other exams like TOEFL which is Test of English as a Foreign Language and many other tests before people are given work permits. Some, even to pursue higher education in foreign universities or countries, one has to clear the eligibility tests. There are many training institutes that exclusively train people for these eligibility exams.

Normally everything is planned according to the schedule by school management and it is only summer vacation time which parents can decide according to the wish, interest and liking of the children. Thus one should keep in mind the long summer vacation around 50 to 60 days is spent in a or we can say planned or utilized in a proper way to benefit the children.
Some children will be interested a particular indoor or outdoor game. Parent can plan this time to give a strong foundation and can be continued during academic time. We should not impose our plan and liking on the children. At the same time we should see to it that it is carried out effectively and properly. The best way to use the summer vacation is to send the children for summer camps where they learn things in a new environment with new friends and different teachers. Thus they get accustomed to new and different environment.
Summer camps are different where they don't have exam or test pressures. They can utilize this period to improve their skills in a particular subject where they are lagging or they can gain more knowledge in a particular subject they like.
They can visit places of their choice and they can write an essay.
