By pooling accessible and natural resources, the Park Hill Community will become the gateway to the “Greater West End of Louisville” that provides a comfortable and healthy place to live and work.

Ö       Park Hill will possess a diverse and thriving workforce and employment market.

Ö       The Park Hill Corridor Group will be known worldwide as a model of effective leadership in the arenas of Neighborhood Revitalization and Brownfield Restoration.  Its self-sustaining staff will mentor the next-generation.

Ö       Park Hill will strive to revitalize its brownfields by managing, remediating, and returning them to beneficial uses that meet our human needs in environmentally sensitive, economically viable, and socially acceptable ways, including clean air, more green space and the prevention of new brownfields.

Ö       Park Hill’s quality customers and products will make us prosper along with the expansion of businesses that have been positive, long-term investors in the corridor.

Ö       Park Hill will be the pioneer of a world-class housing strategy that is high density to low density using transportation hubs as the focal point, mixed income housing, and mixed architectural design that is geared to tying the original Park Hill with the new.

Ö       Park Hill will become a modernized model for urban transportation using the existing rail line and streets in Park Hill, that is conducive to foot, bike, mass or freight travel.

Ö       Park Hill will have an array of educational opportunities to satisfy its diverse and eclectic population.

Ö       Park Hill will have interactive entertainment opportunities.
